Gets stuck in the alto sax because it's a little too big. Otherwise, it works well.

I haven't tried this swab with my tenor, but on my alto, it's a little tight -- as in it takes some tugging for me to get it through the horn and out. The tool brush is a nice little add-on, but the thumb rest cushion is completely useless to me. My other complaint with the swab (which is what most people are after on this kit) is that the end you put in the bell first isn't really weighted with anything; it's just the cord doubled over once. So sometimes you have to shake the horn a lot upside down to get the cord to present itself, and at its worst you have to remove the whole swab from the bell and put it all back in again. I have another swab for my tenor with a little plastic weight on the end and it always goes right through the sax on the first try. (But on that tenor swab, I don't like the material of the cloth itself...)

This works perfect for cleaning out my Alto saxophone. The only thing I think it needs is a carrying bag to keep it all together otherwise its perfect

Used daily after saxophone practice by my 9 year old son. works like a charm to dry out the inside of his alto sax. I bought a separate one for using on the neck of his sax.

I only wish that it came with instructions for what each item was supposed to be used for. We are new to the band world and had no idea what to do with these things. Luckily there was YouTube to show us the way.Otherwise, the items are great.

Je l'utilise depuis maintenant plus de 3 mois. Le montage chiffon -sangle - goupillon a trop de jeu et le chiffon se coince parfois à la sortie du saxophone Alto.La photo pourrait induire une erreur car le goupillon est de petit diamètre 7 cm, et ne convient donc pas pour un saxophone Ténor.Un simple collage silicone pour la liaison sangle-chiffon-goupillon rendrait le montage homogène et éviterait l'éventuel "coinçage terminal"Cela permettrait un deuxième passage pour un meilleur séchage , sans l'angoisse du chiffon bloqué.

This came free with the saxophone I ordered and seems to be a handy little starter kit for complete beginner.Only thing I will say is that like the lade saxophone I bought it advertised that it came with cork grease but didn't! I can't complain because it was free, but just mentioning this for people that buy it incase this isn't just me having very bad luck lol

Inexpensive and does a nice job. I've played saxophone since I was a kid and now my daughter (10 years old) is playing. This is easy for her to use and seems to be of good quality.

Ordered this product for my new saxophone that didnt come with any cleaning materials. Each product does the job well.Reed saver- fits 2 reeds, 1 on each sideThumb rest- Is a little fat so you'll have to get used to it if you have been playing without one, but I love it now.Cork grease- I feel like this is the bonus of this package because you can always use some extra cork greaseMouthpiece Brush- Only down side to this is I wish the handle was a little shorter so that I could store it in my mouthpiece in my case but the lid wont close so I have to just brush the inside of my mouth piece then take it out.Sax Brush- does its job well, the weighted material falls through the saxophone very easilyCleaning cloth- classicOverall, does a great job and at a price you cant really beat. Arrived in 2 days also!
