DOA on batteries. Have removed battery stickers, couldn’t power via USB. LED just alternating between “C0” and random numbers. Could not wake it up in any ways.

This item worked fine 4 or 5 times, and now will not move, and no troubleshooting can fix it. Amazon won't accept returns or replacements past 30 days, neither will Andoer, means that I spent 90 bucks on cheap trash. Shop elsewhere.

This thing is great. I can put it on my tripod, on my desk. It's very versatile and you can take it with you. The remote is awesome plus it has the shutter button for remote control over the phone shutter.
