- Remote issue: Due to the factor of app version itself, some apps such as netfx, it does not support using the remote control for navigate, for better experience please use wireless keyboard or mouse.
- Display issue: Please make sure connecting the HD cable correctly between the tv box and tv, incorrect connection might cause screen frozen or abnormal display.

The device looks nice but the functionality is horrible. It's not an easy device to use as you have to use both remotes in order to use it. I don't believe the apps install like netflix are for tablet/tv box devices because it doesn't scroll easily like for instance scrolling to find a show turns on the remote control which enters mouse mode like you're using a pc and it sucks. I like how smoother the home screen menu is but when you're in a app and it switches to mouse mode and you have to choose between the two controllers it's frustrating. I'm actually disappointed in this item as this is the first tv box that I actually set aside and don't use at all. Sad thing is I brought it to replace a fire tv stick but it seems the fire tv won this battle of the devices just because.

Excellent picture, very fast loading, easy to set up, however the box freezes once a while, displaying a solid green screen, this requires removed power plug to restore a normal operation, this is very disappointing. Also, occasionally the box jumps out on its own from YouTube stream; I am trying to use as this condition in couple more days and if the problem get worse I have to return the box.

I just set these (2) up and so far so good. The previous boxes were lagging. The picture is clear and the streaming is good🤞🏾. Hopefully is stays this way during Football🏈 season.

This TV BOX is rubbish, every 5 minutes it turns itself off and then turns on, replace it quickly and send me a normal one!

The x88pro has terrible network connections. With a VPN running this device does good to get 10mbs download on a solid 100 Meg service.The gui is difficult to navigate.SLOW, NOT VPN FRIENDLY & OVERRATED
