Not only was this item defective beyond adjusting, but the company, Anfan, refused to comply with a FREE RETURN as it states on this page where I purchased the item. They refunded 1 penny and gave me an address to return the item to where I would have to pay $120 to ship it to. This is not FREE RETURNS. This is also terrible customer service and bad business practice. Anfan has been rude to me stating that I am making excuses that the item is not defective and I am just looking for a free return. I am allowed to change my mind and get a free return no questions asked according to Amazon. However, this item is in fact defective as shown in the images and I do not want to slide off the seat while trying to play the drums thank you very much.

Very Sturdy, like that has rubber on bottom so it won’t scratch the floor, adjustable so it will grow with my son and cushion is comfortable.

Good for kids. Feet tend to spread under adult weight & a bit squeaky. Good first throne for smaller individuals at a great price.

Great seat. Bought it for me but ended up switching it out for my son's electric drum seat. This went better with his set and his went better with mine. Very comfortable. He plays all the time now

The throne is comfortable, and it looks pretty good. I think it's a great deal for the price. One thing, though: The assembly instructions (see photo attached) are awful. The words don't make sense, and the pictures are useless. I had to figure it out myself. Once I did, it was pretty easy (you need to unscrew the four screws on the underside of the seat and then screw them in again to attach the base). But I shouldn't have to. And it wouldn't take much money or effort for the manufacturer to do a minimally decent job with the assembly instructions.

I am an average sized woman 5'4", average build and weight (size 12-14) and this seat is too small for me. It would be fine for a child or very very tiny adult but don't get this for anyone over 100 lbs. The seat cushion lacks strength and is not sturdy enough to balance an adult's weight -- it offers no support at all for the spine as the seat isn't firm enough (it gives for comfort under weight). If I was rating this strictly as a stool for adults I would give it a two start rating.This is, however, a great child's stool for music or other light weight purpose and if I was simply rating it fora a small child I would give it a 4 for a beginner child musician.The price was fair -- I paid a low price and did not expect high quality but I would not recommend this for adults as is stated in the product marketing.

Height is not adjustable. When you adjust the legs in and out it really only moves the seat an inch or two up or down. If you sit on it too hard the middle post touches down on the floor. Wish I had paid some extra money for something better. Cheap price and it’s made cheaply. Seat cushion is flimsy too.
