Love, love, love, this type of garlic crusher. We had one for years before it wore out. You pop one or two gloves into the crusher, place the two halves together, and then you twist away, until your garlic cloves have been crushed to your liking. The crusher is easy to clean afterwards - you can hand wash it, or place the two halves in the dishwasher for a thorough cleaning.

When we cook we tend to use lots of garlic. What can I say, we are garlic family. We particularly love fresh minced garlic, not sliced, not in a jar, fresh minced. Since we use a lot of garlic it can be hard on my arthritic hands so I decided I would try this products. It worked amazing the first try but the next mean I cooked a few of the teeth snapped right off. Very frustrating and I wanted to love this product but it broke during its second use. Now I’m looking for another brand because the concept is great but this brand used cheap materials. Definitely recommend buying elsewhere.

Very difficult to twist, someone with small hands would be better off reaching for a knife to chop the garlic.
