This was a product I didn’t know I needed. I kept rolling my ankle. No real pain but it was happening often enough that I thought I might have to do something to strengthen them. This little gizmo lets you separate the strengthening to front and back parts of the foot. Thankfully it comes with a little manual showing how to place the little roller pieces to work the different aspects of your foot. My only concern is the hook and loop fastening is very strong. When I attempted to move the roller pieces I had to get a spoon to pry the pieces apart. I can’t tell if this will be the cure to my ankle rolling. What I can say is while balancing on it I can feel the muscles engaging from my foot all the way up my leg.

This is a nice, budget balance board. Instructions show 7 different ways you can use it - for mobilizing the forefoot, activating the forefoot, mobilizing the heel, activating the heel, mobilizing detorsion, activating the calves and mobilizing the toes. I definitely can feel my ankles, feet and calves being activated within a few minutes. My only issue with the device is that it’s hard to remove the rounded bar with velcros. It’s good that the Velcro is strong so you don’t slip and fall when using but it can be hard to move it to other positions to try the other exercises. I like the tie spacers they provided. First time using it and it provides a nice relief.

While I need to strengthen my ankles before I start the balance exercises, I can sit at my desk and use this ankle balance board to improve my range of motion and to strengthen the muscles in my ankles. There are two boards with grippy fabric on top to keep my foot from sliding off, and with Velcro on the bottom so the curved bars will stay attached. The three curved bars - one long to fit the longer board, and two short for the shorter board, also sport Velcro and grip fabric on opposite sides, so they'll stay in place on the floor. I haven't used the toe spacers as I don't need them right now. I love all the exercises that are demonstrated and explained in the pamphlet that accompanies this ankle balance board! The included storage bag means I can take this board with me when I'm traveling, so I'll keep up with the exercises. Interestingly, I'm finding that the muscles through my legs, all the way to my hips, are getting a workout with this device just with me using it while sitting in a chair! Based on this first day, I'm impressed, and I have a feeling I'll get a lot of benefit from doing these exercises!

This ankle balance board is light in weight and well made. You get 2 connected wood platforms to help separate the forefoot from the heel, and 3 wood pieces that are velcro backed to attach to the bottom of the platforms. The instructions of where to attach the velcro pieces is dependent on which exercise you would like to perform. The instructions are in well written English and are quite helpful. In essence, you are strengthening the surrounding ankle structures by rocking the platform with your foot, isolating the heel from the rest of the foot. It is great for improving your balance and keeping flexibility to your feet and ankle. It also comes with a pair of toe spacers that, according to the website, "separate and align the toes". I am not sure how effective the toe spacers are, however the actual balance board appears to be an effective way of maintaining your balance and strengthening your ankle. Lastly, a carrying storage bag is included for easy travel. At $19.99, you are getting a simple, versatile, and effective ankle strengthening tool. Recommended

I have used this tool for quite a while in physical therapy after an ankle injury a while back, and also for my plantar fasciitis. It has been helpful in sessions so when I found this one which is the exact same I ordered it. It works the exact same as well. Helps aid in stretches and strengthening. It has been very helpful in continuing on my physical therapy exercises at home.

This was not a good buy. It's just a poor version of what they might want it to be.It feels unsteady and i do Pilates and yoga, but this was just not secure.I wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

This stretch board is kind of unintuitive in its usage, but I think that largely may be because the idea of stretching one's feet is largely forgotten for most of us. This has helped improve flexibility and range of motion in my ankles and I've been enjoying including it into my stretching routine. It's supported pressure and regular use well, so though it doesn't feel like it has the best build quality, it has held up.

Didn't have any specific issues, just picked this up to improve my ankle flexibility. Didn't realize how much value I would get out of this little board! It's made a big difference in my pickleball game, helping me shuffle faster and get in position to receive balls that I used to not be quite fast enough to get. And I've only been focused on the first recommended exercise so far!Would have loved to give this product a 5 star rating, but for two issues:- The vinyl / rubber on the long wooden balance split in half and left sticky glue on my floor that was a pain to clean. I've since fixed it up with a little gaffers tape and all is well, though I haven't even put substantial weight on it yet as I've just been working flexibility so far. Disappointing build quality.- The adjustable system provides great functionality for multiple exercises, of which I look forward to working through them all in time. However, the velcro attaches so sturdily that it makes adjusting the board a bit of a nuisance. I've determined to instead work through one exercise at a time until I feel good about progress and plan to only slowly change the board configuration every few weeks. Wish it were easier/simpler to swap. That said, I'm getting great value out of this Product and expect to recommend it to others in the future.
