I LOVE this balance board...it feels wonderful when I stand on it (I've had/have plantar faciitis and my feet love it!). I also like that there are SEVERAL exercises you can do using it and that the bottom has a non-slip grip to it and it doesn't slide around (on a tile floor). And lastly, I love that it's small enough to store / even take with me when I visit family.

I’m stuggling with balancing and found that this board is just right. It’s sturdy and works just like stated. There are other exercises I can do with it but for now, I am getting my balance back. I recommend it.

Love this balance board. Light-weight, top of the board is textured to prevent slipping. I am working on my balance and strengthening my ankles and this board is doing the trick. I’m 65 and this is very important. Easy to transport anywhere.

Seems fine. So far not using it as much as I should. My fault. I thought the bottom would be a softer material. I was afraid that it might damage my floors so I bought a small rig to put underneath it.

Perfetto per fisioterapia e riabilitazione delle articolazioni, fitness e esercitare il proprio equilibrio.Economica ma molto resistente e soprattutto la semisfera è in materiale leggermente morbido che non scivola sul pavimento, a differenza di altri modelli (in plastica e legno).
