I'm a little bit upset with this monitor. The speaker on the monitor in the microphone the monitor makes a very bad squeaky noise. The voice accuracy is not as to where I would want it to be to where it constantly echoes no matter how much you adjust it definitely could use some modifications.

I can't say enough about this product. I ordered this for my elderly mother. I am her caregiver. Now, I can see whomever is providing her care (nurses, aides etc) and still allow her dignity with providing her privacy.I can also I sure her safety at night by checking in on her. I can even speak to her through the camera and she can answer me. For the price, this has provided me much peace of mind.

I’m giving 2 stars because I haven’t had issues until now. I have the original crater camera and I love it! Works flawlessly and I wanted to purchase another one. Crater 2? Must be better right? Just some upgrades to make it better right? So far I say wrong. Now if it’s user error at the end of this that is 100% on me and my review will obviously change to reflect such.BUT…As I said before I have the 1st Gen Crater. Love it. Easy to set up even if moving and changing internet carriers/wifi. Now the Crater 2 I thought would be just the same. I can’t get it to connect. The prompts all say everything is connected yet adding it to the app is always timing out. I have contacted customer support and they just told me someone would be in touch. I am let down by the product. I unfortunately can’t return due to the original packaging going out to the road for trash day. I’d love to be able to use this camera if someone would actually help me figure it out.

I've tried over and over to get the camera to link to my wifi. I'm setting it up in the same room as the router, so signal strength isn't an issue. The setup procedure is pretty hokey. You scan in the QR code after powering up the camera using their app. Then you hit the reset button and the camera is supposed to make a noise. It doesn't. I tried as if I got the sound and the phone then sends a series of beeps to the phone. Straight out of the 1990's. It's effectively a brick. It's also crap.

We've used these instead of traditional baby monitors which are WAY overpriced with terrible image quality.After 2 years of use, 1 of the 4 we bought won't connect & 1 no longer has sound. I do feel like we got our money's worth out of them- but don't expect them to last forever.PROS: easy to install, clear picture, clear 2 way talk (until the sound went out)CONS: took longer than I'd like to connect with the app, any time we have a power blip and it restarts it YELLS "WELCOME" which is not awesome in my kids' rooms when they're trying to sleep, audio diedWould still recommend

This is an awesome little camera that I use to spy on my dogs while I am out! It worked perfectly for several weeks, then I noticed that it was off line and I could not get it to reconnect. I figured out that cord plug into the back of the camera was not connecting properly to keep the camera online. I contacted customer service via email, explained the problem , and within 10 days a new cord arrived! We are back up and spying on my dogs !!!!!

I really like this camera. It is a wired camera so you do have to plug it in to an outlet. A mount with screws and what not is available but I didn't need it. It has a wide view, plus you can move the camera from your phone if you don't like the positioning. It has auto night vision. The set up was pretty easy. The app is free. The camera is affordable. Best 20ish bucks I've spent on my son.

Didn't like much... the motion sensor pass all the time sending messages and has nothing happening on the room, and doesn't have the bottom you can turn on and off from the app... as soon is connected is always on, even when you go to sleep, and has a loud noise when turn around, so hard to sleep with that on. Need to take off from the cabes to be able to sleep, and the next day you have a big chances to forget to put o the cabes again. Not the best.
