After turning on the device just twice my dog has learned not to bark in the house. She starts to growl but stops and looks at me. I pet her and gave her a treat. That was 2 weeks ago and nary a bark. At first I think it scared her. She stopped barking but started shivering. She did that both times I turned it on. No longer. This device works!

This product should not even be sold on Amazon I think it's a hoax it had absolutely no effect on small dogs even on the highest setting at a very small distance. I think that the joke is on us from this company. Anybody who knowingly sells a product like this gives reputable companies a bad name. Then they're going to complain when they go bankrupt.

Writing this now as I listen to my neighbors dog bark for hours. This device is less than 3 ft away from the dog and all it does is bark. Tried all settings. Nothing worked.

The description on this is wrong! It's supposed to be waterproof, and comes with a lanyard (Didn't get) to hang outdoors on tree etc. but the instructions that came with it say not to get speaker wet and recommend indoor use.I thought I was sent the wrong one, but got the same thing the second time!

I was hesitant about buying this, but it has exceeded my expectations. Our neighbors have a purebred German Shepherd 2 year old male. Not fixed, not trained, they don’t play with him, they don’t walk him. His release of energy was to go crazy running the fence and barking every time we set foot in our backyard. It made being outside miserable. This bark deterrent worked from the first beep. He tried to start barking, you could see the blue light turn on, and the dog tucked his tail and ran inside. It was beautiful! I was able to go peacefully in and out of my home and by the end of the day he didn’t even try to bark at us.

I had very high hopes for this device to work but it didn't function at all. Adjusting the sensitivity was not an option and every noise made would have set it off.

Did not work. I had it charged and ready, the device didn't pick up a barking dog from 5 feet away. Returned item.
