Very easy to install, love the look it gave my jeep and the locking feature is a great added security for me.

These are fairly affordable but the quality is quite low. They feel cheap and have blemishes in the molding. The lock mechanism is very thin as is the mount for the lock. I haven’t bothered to install them and don’t recommend them.

I installed these on a JK ('06-'18) rather than the JL they're advertised to fit, and they went great on my JK. At first the hinge part didn't seem to fit exactly where it needed to, but it's designed for a press fit when the bolts are tightened.Without removing the inner fender, installing these required a couple of (inexpensive) specialized tools. I used a Square Drive Socket Cap with a ratchet wrench, as a typical ratchet didn't fit into the slot under the hood by the headlight. The included nyloc nuts are 1/2" and the ones on that hold the latch to the hood are 10mm.These hinges are plastic, but include a metal hook that holds the hood closed. Because they're large they're easy to manipulate. That spring-loaded metal loop is always trying to keep the hood closed. When the hood is open the loops are sprung up and in the way of the hood.To close the hood, required one hand on each end of the hood to push away the spring-loaded loops that would keep the hood from closing. Other than that Minor inconvenience, these are great. There's a minor annoyance that both hinges are exactly the same, so the flag is pointing backwards on the driver's side (breaks the Flag Code). Again that doesn't change how well these work, jus points out carefu

Billigster Chinaschrott. Die Schrauben bei den Haubenhaltern sind nur mit dem Plastik verschmolzen und wenn die Mutter festgezogen werden ziehen sich die Gewinde einfach raus. Der eine Stern ist noch zu viel.

These anti-theft hood latches are fantastic! Not only do they add a stylish U.S. flag design to my Jeep Wrangler, but they also provide excellent security. The installation was simple, and they feel strong and durable. I feel much more confident knowing my hood is secure, even when off-roading. Highly recommend for anyone looking for both style and safety! 5 stars!

Heavy and rugged looking, add a nice touch to my hood all the while protecting everything under the hood from theft. Neat idea!

I do enjoy the fact that they are anti-theft and come with their very own keys (I got 4 keys total, 2 for each side).I will say though, I am a bit concerned that the base is made of plastic, which does seem to be heavy duty. The latches open and close fairly well, making the function pretty decent. They do fit my 2021 Jeep Wrangler JL. The look and design is pretty cool too.Installation wasn't that bad, however, keep in mind that if you're going to torque the h*ll out of these, the screw will definitely pull right out of the plastic base, rendering these.... well, useless. My opinion?I do like these, however, I'd maybe spend a few bucks more and go for an all-body metal latch. Remember, you get what you pay for. I honestly cannot tell you if these will rust or not, as I have not had them in the elements long enough. And I will say, we of the "weaker" points on here, other than the base, would be the springs. They seem a little too... thin? Like they'd wear out over time or something.I'm giving 4 stars because they do work, they look good, but I do have concerns with future customers who would tighten the base "too tight" and pull the screw right out of the plastic base. Not to mention if it rusts or not, as previously mentioned.
