Listen and listen good, this is the worst product I’ve ever ordered on Amazon and probably the product that has cost me the most amount of money for my house. The “steel braided” lines that connect the faucet to the house plumbing are the worst and cheapest lines I’ve ever dealt with. The lines leak and have been fixed and they continue to leak over and over. I would advise everybody to stay away from this product unless you’re looking for trouble. If you want to install this on the second floor you’ll end up like me with water come through the ceiling and have a contractor come out and fix everything time and time again. I would give this product zero stars if it was allowed, but one star was the lowest I could give. My contractor mentioned that this faucets connections were very cheap and the lines did not hold up to what they should have. Buying this faucet cost me around $5000 in repairs and still was unable to return due to buying it for a major remodel. I wish I could have the company who makes this reimburse all those expenses and still refund this product as it is defective and substandard.

Love the filler, but it doesn't come with proper length of braided lines, had to try and use extensions which made assembly impossible to fit. Still trying to get company to send longer ones.

What could be a very decent item is an assembly pain….. Idea, instead of supplying two 6” extension hoses, which you’ll need regardless, simply make the main supply hoses 6”+ longer….. The way this is designed leaves zero room to flex… Provide longer supply lines!!!

We ordered this tub faucet for a remodel before the work started. By the time the faucet was installed we were already past the Amazon return date. I emailed the company about the problem with water coming out of the handle and they responded the same day. They asked for a video of the issue and then immediately responded that they were shipping a replacement that arrived just a few days later. The second faucet functioned properly.

Hello all. I had some back and forth with the company as the flow rate is not reported on this product adequately. They really could give a table with water pressures and associated flow rate. So we measured it. I have my pressure tank set at 50 psi and we get 3.25 gallons per minute on hot. If you live in a city, you should call your water district and see what pressures of city water are to your house. If it is less than 50 psi, you will get less flow. We have a small tub so we kept the faucet. It is decently constructed. Don't forget to put the escutchen plate on the upright BEFORE you hook up the hoses. Guess how I know that. And also be sure you have enough room on the floor for the plate as it is about 6" in diameter. I do wish they had made the hose connections a little longer so that they are definately IN the crawl space instead of just a fraction below the subfloor. I know, the company does give you some extensions, but that does not change the fact that you have water connections that are difficult to get to because they are neither squarely IN the crawl space nor squarely above the bathroom floor. Poor design. If we need to fix it we will have to unattach it from the floor and pull the whole thing out. Anticipating this we left our pex waterlines rather long in the crawl. And we hooked it up, turned on the water, and tested it by laying it on paper towels overnight to see if even a drip came out and it did not. So, while I think it could be better thought out, it is 1/10th the cost of a delta or kohler. So, we are happy with the purchase. Most of the people who complain of leaks just did not test the unit. Must have installed and walked away. That would be a big mistake because just a little drip drip drip can ruin your subfloor over crawl or your first floor ceiling if you are on the second floor. Take your time with plumbing. Test everything.

Solid built faucet for the money. Base mount is solid with no wobble when turning on and off like our last one. Only thing I would change is the length of the hoses on the faucet, they barely made it below the subfloor. I went ahead and attached an extra length of hose so it would reach my water connection in the crawl space. If you do not want to use fittings you will need to purchase another hose set for it. Would definitely purchase again.

After a few years of a fancy standing bath faucet that we had to de-commission due to dripping shower head, we finally found a reliable replacement faucet that has no shower head. Yay, we can use the tub again!
