We needed something for my kids to take out big angry feelings on safely, so we purchased this. We stuffed it with organic cotton fill to get a surprisingly firm but safe punching bag. Now when someone has big angry feelings, we send them to the bag to get the aggression out before we talk things through.

Does NOT come filled or with hardware to hang. Not an issue for us as we were able to get the chain and hook from local hardware store. My eight year old loves it. We filled it with an old egg crate so he doesn’t hurt his hands.

I like the size durability and resistance. I filled it with old shower towels and clothes that I didn't want any more and it's perfect for kids 7 and up. But you can filled it with some much softer for smaller kids.
