It was a challenge trying to stuff it, but finally got it filled. The install was a hassle. He had to use screws from Home Depot to put it up. There were no install instructions. So good luck with that part.

I loved the price. I'm not a boxer. I wanted it to burn energy. It was super easy to put together and hang. It works great for me. All the accessories were included.I did have to purchase lag screws. It came with ones used for cements. I hung the bag from a wooden beam. No problem.

I bought this with the intent and of firming up my arms in the garage before taking on Iron Mike. It’s usefulness has more than paid off when I transferred my no-longer-in-circulation shirts and pants as the stuffing material in which my hammering of punches has been relegated back to hammering of beers in the aforementioned garage. However, it has made for a great conversation starter.I would recommend before you fill the back to line it with some thin cardboard for a little rigidity and structure before dumping all of your girlfriends unused pies of jeans. Also, use a few metal carabiners to secure it to the chains and it will make it easier to pull down and put up. Especially when having to park the car in the garage or the kids bikes under near it.
