This is a good hydration pack. It has many pockets for storage. I used to use it for running long distances but I've been transitioning to handheld water bottles instead for races and training too. I'll just make sure I pass through somewhere I can fill up my bottle.

Good for the price, only complaint is the front pockets are not deep enough to hold the 250 ml soft flask well. Also if using the bladder the hose is very long so it never sits in the right place.

I love how many pockets it has. I’m able to run without the water pouch as well, so it helps carrying everything I need. It doesn’t rub or move when I run. Very adjustable too.

This is a decent vest for the price. Some issues for me were that it’s a bit too small on my chest as I have a wider chest and broad shoulders. Also the pockets are very small. My iPhone 12 barely fits in any of the front pockets. It was a struggle to fit my phone, keys (I had to take the land yard off), AirPod case, and water bottle.This vest is ideal for someone with a smaller frame that wears a small in shirts and has small accessories.

The flask BARELY fits and you look so dumb trying to drink out of it. You have to crane your neck way down and there’s no way you’re getting it back in the sleeve while running. I replaced the bit with a Solomon straw and it’s a perfect fit so really no issue for me but hilariously bad for the first run. I love the low profile, my Solomon feels like wearing a tank top and this feels like a lightweight set of straps. I like the color a lot too. Could be a touch smaller

I bought this for long distance runs. I haven’t used it yet but tried it on and it fits and seems like it would work great!It comes with a whistle, which was a fun surprise. The fit is super comfortable and I love that you can adjust the straps depending on your height and torso length. Some backpacks you can’t do that and I appreciate this one lets you. I say buy it!
