Cette caméra fonctionne bien, même la nuit. L'installation et le suivi sont aisés grâce à l'application. Elle fonctionne en 2Ghz uniquement (ma wifi est en 5Ghz) et j'ai donc ajouter un repetiteur Wifi qui propose des connexions en 2 et 5Ghz que j'ai positionné à proximité de la caméra pour un meilleur signal.Après une année d'utilisation, j'ai eu un problème d'alimentation électrique et le SAV m'en a retourné une neuve!

I am writing this review sometime after purchasing this device. I recently extended my house and needed cameras to monitor the far reaches of my property so after a lot of research, I settled on this camera and purchased two of them. I loved the cameras from the get go. The setup was a breeze and very intuitive. The app was easy to use and configure and made sharing of the camera with members of the household very quick.The resolution is very good and so is the ability to monitor in all kinds of weather conditions (yet to test out snowy winters but so far so good with lots of rain, winds, hot and cold). Motion detection is solid and so is the connectivity. The closest access point is quite far and on the inside of the structure yet I get uninterrupted surveillance. I am setup with local storage (using a 128GB SD card which gives me plenty of storage) and can always go back and look at saved events which is great.All of the above is great stuff. But here's the cherry on top. About a month or so ago, one of the cameras suddenly stopped working. I am not quite sure why but I was afraid that I had just spent a decent amount of money on a hardwired camera which was no unresponsive and my Amazon return window had also expired. I decided to reach out to Aosu's customer service via their app. This is where I was blown away by them. Julie from the support team was of the company was very responsive! She began walking me through troubleshooting steps right away over chat. After trying several steps and determining that the camera had just stopped working, she assured me that Aosu will not leave me in a lurch.They continued to stay in touch with me via email and provided me timely updates on the status of my replacement device which arrived soon thereafter. I was able to install it and was up and running again. Although the untimely demise of the device was a cause of concern, but the confidence the customer service instilled in me has encouraged me to not shy away from doing business with Aosu again. Thank you Aosu and thank you Juile for great customer service and a great product.

I have five other Aosu outdoor cameras installed around my property for the past two years and have been pretty satisfied with their performance and quality.That being said, I recently purchased this 360 camera and it seemed to be working fine, until one morning I noticed that the screen had a purple haze covering half the lens. Per google was a malfunction of the cameras IR filter, so I did everything that google said to do, turned the camera on and off, and so forth. I waited a day to contact customer support, to see if there was any changes. Contacted customer service initially by chat, and was later contacted by Julie. Julie was very attentive and helpfull, I explained to her the issue I was having and there were no questions asked. She stated that they would send me a new camera and I didnt have to send the old one back. Julie kept me up to date on the shipment of my new camera, and also contacted me to see if I received it and if it was operational. I have only good things to say about Aosu customer service, especially Julie. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done in a timely matter.New camera working fine.

I'm writing my review based on my one year experience of using it. Note: there is no vendor provided incentives to do it.I bought this camera based on other's reviews and do not regret. Good quality. Clear pictures. Very nice sound. Worked very well for more then a year.Unfortunately, just recently, the camera horizontal movement (pan movement) from side to side started to act irratic, like something was holding the camera motor gear to rotate. Contacted Aosu online support and was very surprised how very proffessionaly and quickly Julie (support rep) handled my claim. Right away the troubleshooting started via text messages. Followed all steps to see what is wrong with the camera movement. Provided requested videos showing camera stopped moving side to side. No obvious defects (like separated gear part) was found. Eventually, after analyzing all provided evidences supporting my claim, a decision was made that camera is defective. A new replacement camera was provided without requesting to send back the defective one. Hopefully the new one will work as expected as well.Overall the customer support was great. Giving it 5 stars.

Ich habe zwei solcher Kameras in Betrieb. Die ganze Kamera ist äusserst robust gebaut, da hat man wirklich was in der Hand, kein billiger Mist. Betrieben wird sie direkt mit 230V und wird per WLAN verbunden. Die Bildqualität ist bestechend! Da erkannt man endlich einmal Gesichter und Nummernschilder. Sie kann um 360° gedreht werden, hat Mikrofon und Lautsprecher drin, man kann also auch über sie sprechen und hören. Das Gerät besitzt über der Kamera 3 PIR-Sensoren (270°), die nicht nur für die Beleuchtung zuständig sind, sondern auch der Kamera sagen, dass sich etwas nähert, auch wenn sie vielleicht nicht gerade dorthin gerichtet ist. Sie dreht sich dann automatisch in diese Richtung und bestimmt anhand der Einstellungen, ob sie Alarm geben soll oder nicht. Beide LED-Strahler produzieren zusammen 2000 Lumen, können aber gedimmt werden, wenn's zu hell ist. Die Kamera ist mit KI ausgestattet, d.h. man kann auf dem Handy 3 Zonen festlegen, wo überhaupt überwacht wird und wo nicht. Dringt etwas in diese Bereiche ein, erkennt sie ob es sich um einen Mensch, Tier, ein Auto oder sonstige Bewegung handelt. Man kann festlegen über welches Ereignis man überhaupt informiert werden will. So habe ich die Tiererkennung ausgeschaltet, weil die mir egal sind, nicht aber Autos und Menschen. Je nach Einstellung gibt es dann Alarm oder nicht. Sie meldet dann konkret "eine menschliche Gestalt wurde entdeckt" oder "ein Fahrzeug nähert sich" oder "Tier erkannt" und spielt gleich die Szene ab. Innert Sekunden weiss man dann, was los ist. Fehlalarme hatte ich noch keine, die Kamera macht das wirklich gut. Wenn sich Objekte ausserhalb der festgelegten Zone aufhalten oder bewegen, passiert nichts. Aufgezeichnet wird bei mir ausschliesslich auf eine 128 GB MicroSD Karte, was reicht um 5 Tage nonstop aufzuzeichnen und dann überschrieben wird. Verzichtet man auf die Daueraufzeichnung und nimmt nur Ereignisse auf, wird die Kapazität Wochen bis Monate halten, bevor überschrieben wird. Alternativ gäbe es auch die Cloude-Möglichkeit, die schlägt aber mit ca. € 100.--/Jahr zu buche. Die App dazu ist einfach zu bedienen und die Kameras können auch mit anderen geteilt werden. Installiert habe ich sie nach einem Einbruch, seitdem fühle ich mich wieder sicher, weil ich weiss, dass niemand unbemerkt ans Haus kommt. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen.

I needed a new floodlight to replace one that had been damaged by water ingress and opted for this, which has the added bonus of also being a CCTV camera. Another reason for opting for an AOSU brand device was that I already have their front doorbell and so could use both from the same phone app. With the wiring already in place from the old floodlight, installation was an absolute breeze if you have some basic wiring skills, like I do. Setup was also very easy and it as log as you follow the included instructions, it is fairly fool proof to connect to your network and phone app.Once its up and running, its fairly easy to configure to your preferences and fine tune so you don't get unnecessary notifications or false positives. We have a cat and the camera is 'smart' enough to distinguish her from other potential intruders. I understand that if you opt to make use of the subscription service, there are more AI features that will make the camera even smarter, such as facial recognition to distinguish family members but one of my reasons for opting to buy an AOSU device was that subscriptions aren't a must and you can use the device without one. I'm actually happy with the pet detection, auto roam and the follow target functions that can be used without the need for subscription.In terms of quality, at 3K resolution this camera is more than adequate for our needs and is very clear during daytime and good during night when the infa-red mode kicks in. I've used the app numerous times from remote locations and for the most part it performs very well and have not been overly affected by any lags other other performance issues. The device will automatically switch from HD to SD mode if it detects network slowdowns and whilst night time images will look a little grainier, for the most part, this works rather well.All in all, I've been very impressed by this camera which feels like its very well made and performs very well. In fact, it has actually exceeded my expectations.

After using the floodlight PT camera for almost half a year, the verdict is in.Pros: Excellent video quality although over-exposed when lights come on. Good notification speed. Good technical support at second level and up. First level support makes you think you are doing something wrong. There is a notion of Detection Zones which is useful when object gets too close - only then would you sound alarm. Good night vision.Cons: App needs improvement - Auto cruise doesn't do enough - at least let us know if there's been a change between scene from previous cruise. Person detection slow when walking directly towards camera. Even with 24/7 recording, no ability to record a snippet that spans adjacent events. The "Track Motion" option says it will "The camera will rotate to follow the moving target detected" - I have this disabled yet it will always track motion. There is no designated "Home" position, so you have to use the last cruise position as the Home. It would be nice if floodlight could be a different tint than pure bright white. Wifi is a little weak - would be nice to have at least Wifi 6 with AX standard.All in all, a good camera that helps deters criminals.

En casa ya hemos probado varias cámaras de vigilancia, hasta la fecha hemos probado tanto interiores como exteriores, con rotación y con placas solares, pero realmente de todas las que hemos probado, esta sin duda es la que tiene el mejor aspecto, tanto por cámara en sí, como calidades de construcción y calidad de imágen.La cámara viene con los básico pero suficiente para montarla y es que viene con la plataforma para instalarla. La conexión es únicamente mediante wifi de 2,4GHz, que ya podrían poner también la de 5 GHz, pero bueno, en este caso también nos olvidamos de poder conectarla mediante cable ethernet.La instalación de la cámara no es difícil, aunque hemos de decir que como se instala directamente a la línea de la luz, es algo más complicado que las cámaras normales que hemos probado, eso sí, está justificado por los paneles de iluminación que trae consigo.En cuanto a la imágenes es excelente, no podemos decir más, tanto de día como de noche, además si queremos ver la imágen a color de noche, con los focos de iluminación, da bastante luz como para cubrir un típico patio trasero de una casa. Si hablamos de las funcionalidades, tenemos más o menos lo típico de este tipo de cámaras, tenemos detección de movimiento PiP, detecta si es humano o no la intrusión, tenemos grabación 24/7 si lo necesitamos, además podemos subir las grabaciones a la nube, tanto continua como de eventos, eso sí, si queremos servicios en la nube, son de pago. Otro aspecto que nos encanta es la cobertura, tenemos cobertura casi 360º (270º en realidad) tenemos algún ángulo muerto, pero lo podemos hacer coincidir con zonas de bajo interés para grabar.En general, nos parece una cámara excepcional, muy buena calidad hasta 3k y con grabación impecable tanto de día como de noche.
