Not waterproof, if you need waterproof ,order one that states waterproof. Contacted their customer service twice by email with my water integrity problem, no answer, no help. Bought three cameras, one had this problem, no feedback from customer service, beware!

These are amazing cameras for the price! So many features I love them. Easy set up, absolutely the best cameras I've bought! Wide angle view, the alarm is very startling. Clear feed.

These are the worst and most useless cameras ever. They barely pick up movement, you can't access the few recordings via cloud or on the SD card. The cloud sevice charged me twice and even after the sd card is formatting and shows some memory used, it'll say no video to see. You can't get ahold of a live person for help. I've emailed customer support with no response. My camera randomly went offline for the last 3 days and it shows charged and connected to wifi so I have no access to it at all. I thought blink was bad but this is somehow even way worse. Buy literally any other security camera.

At first they were great now it keeps saying it needs updated then I had to charge them and after charging them they will not work again! I’ve only had them for 2 months and tried to get support from the company but no luck
