I ordered the 5 piece set with the couch and 2 chairs. All the items arrived on time and well packaged. However when I went to put the couch together the base was too small for the back and the holes to attach them together didn't line up. I reached out to support and only received a response through Amazon. They sent a replacement and after a couple weeks the new couch arrived. When I plwent to put the replacement couch together it had the exact same issue as the first. I now have 2 couches that are useless because you can't put them together.

I bought this to fill in my barren deck and it definitely does the job! I love spending time out in my backyard sitting and relaxing on the furniture. Assembly is a breeze and takes a little over a half hour to complete. The pieces are sturdy and solid and the cushions are very comfortable. I love the beautiful Faux wood accents. This will be used by us for a very long time!

This set looks gorgeous and is a much needed replacement for my old wicker chairs that sat outside for 5 years and were rotting. I’m hoping that since they’re metal, they’ll last for a long time. They were easy to put together and quite comfortable to sit on. I think I spent under an hour to put the chairs and table together. The only tools needed was the little wrench and allen key that came with the set. The price wasn’t too bad. I was shopping around and saw other patio sets that were similar for 150+ dollars more before I settled with this one.

This is a very sturdy and good quality set. The grey color goes with the modern feeling and has contemporary look. This fits 2 to 3 people easily. Very easy to assemble and we need to follow the exact instructions. It works very well. I like the look and feel if it. Planning to buy a full set.

My experience was a little different than many of the reviewers recounted. I ordered the 7 seat version with middle table. All Four boxes were delivered at one time. The instructions and assembly were both clear and super easy. It took me less than an hour and forty minutes, by myself, and I was admittedly lollygagging a bit. The only thing I hate about put together furniture is the damned allen keys are tough on your fingers. I have to remember to order an allen key bit set for my screw gun.On the quality side......the frames fit together very well and they look and feel sturdy despite their light weight. The cushions are ok but not as cushioning as one would expect from a 5" cushion. They are comfortable, but I can see myself replacing them after a season. We'll see if they stain easily and how well you can remove stains. That might move up my cushion replacement.High 5 to the seller for the inclusion of a cover for this set. A very nice touch.Overall, a great buy for the money.

Great value for the money. The packaging was excellent and the instructions were easy to follow. I highly recommend that you have a a socket wrench to put this together! The wrench they give you is tiny and would take days to assemble the set. The assembly (using a socket wrench and an Allen wrench fitting) took us about 2-3 hours. I thought the cushions were going to be very thin but I was pleasantly surprised at the thickness. It has a very comfy seat. The design is modern and beautiful. The wood on the arm rest is a nice touch for hot days. The fireplace was easy to assemble and it comes with a waterproof cover. The furniture set also comes with waterproof cover, which was a really nice surprise. We had to request instructions from the supplier on how to put on the cover and the customer service was excellent. I’ve attached the cover instructions in my photos. Over all I highly recommend this product!
