This is the TPS (throttle position sensor, also called APPS accelerator pedal position sensor) sensor only and allows replacement of just the failed sensor instead of the entire bracket & control cable . Make sure to use the new included wiring harness to prevent failure from resistance in the old harness.

I put the new sensor in my truck it worked great until you tried to get the truck up to speed and it wouldn’t shift up to fourth gear and the truck would not go into overdrive I would be revving almost to 3000 RPM and still not shifting gears do not buy this product don’t waste your money an time

This part does not work for a 2004 Dodge Ram. The two holes for screws should be slots so that you can adjust the voltage. They are just holes and you are unable to adjust. Due to not being able to adjust the voltage the truck will not shift into overdrive. I will have to find a new one. Luckily, I am only out about $40 as it is too late to return.

It was faulty and threw bad codes. Bought a much more expensive one from a part store and it didnt throw any codes.

Does not work!!!! I never even got the one pedal push out of mine like the other guy did. All it did was waste my time. Don't waste yours!!!!

This only worked for 1 push of the throttle pedal a mm d then stopped working.... on a brighter note... I did get refunded right away.
