How can you send tiles with little to no packaging? And I have to ship the broken once back? Kidding me?

Exactly as described. Beautiful matt black tile, exactly what I was hoping they would look like. Packaged extremely well. I’ve opened about 4-5 of the 10 boxes I ordered and no breakage so far. Very impressed and happy!
