I don't think i can say enough good things about this kit. First i've never laid tile before so I purchased this kit due to it including the spacers, the wedges, and the pliers all within one perfectly organized tool box. The wedges and spacer come in larger resealable bag for storages when you're not using them and the pliers are an absolute necessity when laying tile throughout the day. I highly recommend this to kit anyone whose never laid tile or someone who is looking to improve there tile laying ability. The also can apply so much pressure it helps to level out the bends found in the center of longer tile pieces.

Used for installing 12x24 floor tile. Wedges are nice a sturdy. Clips are also quality and break off with easy. One issue with the clips. I had 2 clips not break off cleanly...user error. I missed cleaning a grouted joint out and had thinset built up around 2 clips causing them to not break off clean. Other than that no issues. I will be using again when it comes time to tile the shower.

Arrived right on time, fast delivery! Everything comes in a nice dewalt tool box. Product is easy to use as well, bummer though my box had a big crack in the bottom corner. Hoping I can reach out to the distributor and get a replacement?

This purchase was the first time using LEVTEC. I debated buying it due to the cost, but after using it on this project, I am ordering more.The black spacers were durable and could even be stepped on/bent over without compromising the integrity of the spacer. They broke easily when tapped sideways with a small mallet. Make sure you do not break them off in the direction of someone else as they can go flying.I did not have any break on me while putting them to use. The only problem I had (which would be with any lash system, was on a small tile pattern, there was not enough room to put them all the way around without hitting each other. In that situation, a spin top would probably been preferred.I do recommend LEVTEC and will purchase more stock.

These work great! Install is a breeze and removal snaps at the right spot every time. I can set the wedges tight with the pliers and my floor and shower have zero lippage. Not sure why I waited so long before getting a wedge system?

These worked great for first time 12x24 ceramic tile floor install. Easy to use and worth every penny if you want a smooth, even result!

I did a considerable amount of research before buying this kit and while it was not the cheapest, it was a complete kit and received great reviews from professional tile setters. Install was rather easy, with my only issues showing in the form of finding a rhythm and ensuring I did not forget to place them while the thinset was still wet. If you are doing tile in stages, you need to ensure you put the clips in where the adjacent tiles will meet and before it dries. Again though, that was a rhythm issue for me, not the kits fault. In the end, it did a great job eliminating lippage and ensuring it was flat and plumb. In fact the shower door contractor was impressed how the tile was perfectly flat, without lippage and level/plumb. He said it never happens that way and was shocked when I told him that I did it. He thought I was joking at first. I am type A, but can't take all the credit. This leveling system is for real. And the kids love to remove the clips the next day, so win win...I would and will buy this system again if and when the need arises. As I said, it still saves considerable money over a contractor, but gives the DIY'r more of a chance for success. If you do a poor job laying the tile, then everyone will see it...

GREAT product! Though I think a little over priced for plastic, makes laying LFT (Large Format Tile) tile from a DIY, look almost like a pro. I searched for a month, videos after videos, reviews, you name it, and decided on Lev-Tec. Ordered on Monday, free shipping, showed up on Wednesday halfway across the country! Thank you “TileToolsDot.com” very fast ordering and shipment !My kit came exactly as ordered. Very sturdy tool box, metal pliers, 2 bags of 1/8” clips @250 pack, and the wedges...Very please with the results so far. 250 clips so far, and not one has broken clamping the wedges. So far all the clips break off as expected below grout lines.. The trick to a good breaks is to cut back or lighten the joint area with a margin trowel or putty knife, before adding the clip(s) and next tile!I’m telling ya, I did extensive research, homework, how to videos, examined box store products, pro flooring centers products, etc.. most carried knockoff copycat cheap and flimsy products, and no one carried this kit, but I took the chance without seeing hands on Lev-Tec’s system, and don’t regret it one bit!For you beginner DIYer’s educate yourself how it works and in laying tile, you’ll be thankful with this system. Pros, I don’t foresee any disappointment in the performance of this brand at all. And this supposedly is thier newer and improved clip and wedge kit/system...Like all the systems out there, I still think they’re pricey for plastic! I paid less for the tile (210sqft),, than the system ...
