Easily had to been wrapped with entire rollOf tape to conceal open box! All parts were there could see where it has been opened we and perhaps installed. Was closeTo factory GM part.

My Suburban was missing this piece as the factory piece had rusted out thanks to the previous owner. It installed in literally less than 5 minutes and I relocated my spare back underneath. It’s been 9 months and over 15k miles across the country and it’s held up great.

The unit looked great out of the box but it came apart when I tried to hang the spare tire on it. The retaining crimp slid right off the cable! I’m glad it happened then and not when I was driving down the road.
