The package was sent a couple of days before the actual delivery date. Good. Noticed the box was damaged. Upon opening noticed the plug was broken. Bad. Sent for a replacement and installed it and it’s been running fine. 🤞🏾 I had to wait longer but not as long as first time.

Seems like a good quality product, install only took an hour. The box was very beat up when it arrived but nothing was broken. 14.3 volts at idle, works great.
