**Background:** We have a 2018 Toyota Camry LE with over 100,000 miles, and it's about time to replace the pump before it fails.**Build Quality:** The pump appears to be of good quality.**Install:** This was my first electric water pump. I have worked with belt-driven water pumps before, and the installation is actually easier. I still had to drain the coolant, but there is no belt to remove for the hybrid for the pump. Note this is just the pump, not the housing assembly. It’s my understanding that if there’s no leaking from the pump assembly, you can just replace the pump. Since I am doing this as preventive maintenance, I chose to just replace the pump.The part swapped out and fit perfectly. They provide a new gasket. The pump ran great with no leaks or issues.
