Did fit and function, however it does not work as a front door lock. It does not have the lever that unlocks the door as the inside door handle is activated. It would be more appropriate as a rear door actuator.

It worked for my door! My husband was able to replace the broken one, very easy to install. The car dealer at toyota was gonna charge us $500 to replace it, found the part in Amazon for WAY LESS than that, just look up youtube videos how to replace it and stay away from car dealers or repair shops where they'll just take your money, you can replace it yourself.

Don't waste your money on this product!It lasted only 3 months. Today, I went to open my door and it would not open from the inside or outside. I had to climb out the window. Now, the only way to change this part again is to remove the driver seat, remove all the plastic pieces around the door frame, disassemble the dash, and then rip out the complete door panel from the inside. Then you will have to use a metal coat hanger to try and manually trigger the lever arm.If you already bought this product, I would recommend removing it from your vehicle NOW and send it back in hopes to get a refund.I hope this review helps someone!
