This does not fit a 2019 promaster city as described. However, you can swap out the blower motor resister and motor bracket with this product and it works as it should. You just gotta swap a few portions with the original motor bracket. Use a little rubber inside the motor sleeve to keep snug inside the bracket

I was skeptical to try this aftermarket product for about $50 when the OEM was nearly $400. But it worked perfect 10/10 would recommend.
