Like another review said, i had to order it twice to even receive it. Once i did get it, it seemed alright, but after installing it, went to roll the window up and it tightened up. made sure the window wasn’t getting caught on the tracks or any weather stripping, and tried again. With not that much force at all, I heard a pop and then i couldn’t turn the shaft at all. Turns out the small gear snapped in half. This piece of metal failed before the plastic crank broke or stripped, which goes to show the quality of this piece of crap. Gonna try to get a refund, but doubt that’ll happen.

Broken out of the box. Packing wasn’t all that great either. Returned product.
