I bought this because it had a built in filter. However after a few days the filter started overflowing and half of the tank drained onto my floor. I would NOT recommend this tank unless you use a separate filter. I gave 2 stars because the tank itself is very nice.

We liked it initially but after two months, the water pump is making funny noises and is clearly on its way out. We will see if we get a warranty replacement.
