It's a decent. I like the size, height, and the ease of assembly.HOWEVER!!! The off gass is HORRID!!! I can't even describe how nauseating it is.We purchased this as a brooder box for some chicks that we incubated. This is a regular activity for us. We know how to rear farm animals but this batch of chicks is struggling. I'm convinced it's the off gas of this habitat. It has been assembled for a week now and it smells just as strongly as it did coming out of the box.I would never recommend using this for animals and certainly not any animal that had a sensitive respiratory system.

This produce packaging is a concern the odor produce when opening and handling. I recommend lots of fresh air and a vacuum for all the static styrofoam partitcal that is present. I found it necessary to wipe or vacuum each peice to remove possibly of ingesting or inhaling. The packaging paper that is layer has a sticky film and it to smells offensive.Assembly of this produce comes with well drawn instructions. Note I made modifications that seem needed. Like making pilot holes the length of each type of screw since there are knots and lessen the stress of cracking wood. Furthermore hand held screw driver I strongly recommend when installing screws. When Assembling pay attention to the heights and corners before piloting holes or installing screws.With a helper it took over an hour to Assembling. It's not perfect but the money Invested I found worth it!Again I strongly recommend washing with soap and warm dampen washcloth every inch of completed assemble hutch and allow it to air out for a few days before using!

Was delivered with NO damage to any of the parts. It was easy to put together and looks great! My turtles are so happy in their new indoor habitat! Because two of the walls are clear vinyl, I placed decorative contact paper a little over half way up each side. It keeps them from being confused and I can still view them nicely.

Love this tortoise condo! Easy to build, instructions were easy to follow (It did have a heavy chemical smell initially but has since dissipated) Live the wheels!! Would definitely recommend

Most of the fastening holes are not pre-drilled. The tiny screws for the hinges actually cracked the board they mounted to, the screws didnt even make it all the way in before the wood split. Halfway done with assembly & already disappointed with the purchase.Upon dealing with customer service, review dropped to 1 star. Contacted by seller who wished to "resolve the issue," then proceeded to hand it off to Amazon customer service. No offer to ship replacement parts, or partial refund. No. They want me to disassemble, repackage, & return the product. Their "solution" was even worse that their craftsmanship that caused the problem in the first place. Don't waste your time, or money.
