First one we ordered works great so ordered another. First time out a slow leak started and we have tried everything to find a hole but cannot. I feel a replacement is in order considering it was our first time out and had this experience. Or at least offer somewhere to take it to assist with finding a hole. We have tried listening, feeling, submerging in water but no luck. Just a very slow leak which at this price is horrible. Would love to find a way to discuss further.

Have not had a chance to use yet as I got it out of box to take to the lake with my grandkids and discovered it did not come with a paddle. Cancelled my plans and ordered a paddle.

I absolutely have loved my Chinook Aquaglide for the past 4 years. My large dog (shepherd/malinois mix) and I take this kayak out any chance we have! He has not punctured it, and I do have to take the seat out to bring him, which is my own choosing of uncomfortability. This kayak has handles in the right spots, holds the paddles well, inflates quickly, is light and portable, has room to store gear, and has been a dream for me!

Loved this thing. Put it in my parents pool to test and make sure it stayed bouyant with me on it. I’m slightly outside the weight limit. The goodPacks up easilyThree sections separately inflated( not sure about that other review complaining about this. It’s a key feature.) the base is removable and can be used as a solo floatation device. This is useful if you get a tear and are too far from shore to get there quickly. The kayak is roomy, the seat isn’t terrible, but leaves a bit to be desired. It’s got oar straps but these aren’t particularly useful to me being heavier than it’s rated for.The skeg is removable but, doesn’t do a ton. It’s better than not installing it. It doesn’t track well at low speeds, but I may try printing a larger skeg to combat this. The handles at front and rear are stitched well, and feel solid, but not quite solid enough to tow from. Could be used to tow if not fully loaded I suspect but probably won’t put this to the test.It deflates well but points should be taken away. They sent a pump that can deflate, they sent a boat that can deflate. But no way to interconnect them. The only actual negatives I have aren’t significant.Placement of front oar strap chews up my pinky. The plugs have a cap and a plug. The caps get stuck on, I’ll make a tool for this later. There are no tie down points to secure to a dock which would be awesome.I spent five hours on this kayak today, traveled with it on my bike, and apart from it being a little heavy and what I previous mentioned it was awesome. Will be doing again for sure
