They squeak when I run air through them and a few didn't pass air at all? Gonna see if I can salvage them but if they keep squeaking it's gonna have to be a return for me.

I saw some reviews and they said that they whistled. They were probably whistling because you did not have the tubes attached to both ends. I discovered that when I first plugged them in. But as soon as I attached the other side of the tube the whistling stopped.

A must have on any airline tubing if the air pump is below the water line in case of mechanical failure or power outage. A simple insertion of a paper clip thru the inlet if the passage is not completely open as stated in the description. I'm satisfied with this item.

Four of the 12 did not pass air, used my air compressor at low pressure to open them and they appear to be fine.

I was sooo sick of messing with pump-spray bottles that stopped spraying as the volume decreased. These are cheap and easy to use. I am thinking of giving them as gifts-I would be thrilled to have such a pesky annoyance removed from the plethora of annoyances from which I suffer.

Pressure tested these before installing with a hose and a bit of water at 5 psi. Right out of the package 5 out of the 12 leaked. That's 42% bad right out of the package. The others were fine but I wonder if they will last.Bought these as they were Amazon's choice but clearly should not be with a 42% failure rate.I would not recommend. Can probably get something better for twice the price and end up with the same number of good ones.

Garage!!! Buyer beware, these valves are made of extremely cheap plastic, very brittle. Easily snap or crack as well as simply stop working. Do not trust them.
