Nice hats, silly to sell them so undersized.I ordered a 7 and the hat that came was labelled 7 on the package. But, it was more like a 6 or lower.Returned but what a waste of my time and their shipping costs.Terrible customer service. Company promised to send me a free cap for all my trouble. Then they reneged and sent nothing. Wasted more of my time.

This is very thick and heavy, more for winter than summer. The fit is good. The size 7 was a little tight on my husband, but he made a small adjustment with a hat stretcher, and now the fit is perfect.

Seems like a decent welders cap. Straight forward, nothing fancy, does the job. The fabric is strong and the stitching all seems well done. It is a bit snug, almost to the point of causing discomfort if worn too long so I would recommend ordering a bit larger than you normally wear.Peace and safety

This is such a classic look, and the heavy material works great for welding. I actually accidentally ordered a smaller size than I needed, but I was able to stretch it up to size no problem. Because of the quality material it was no issue at all (and I had to stretch it quite a bit so I really put it to the test).

This hat fits my head perfectly as far as the headband is concerned. The bowl is more like a bucket than a cap though as I can pull the whole thing down to the tip of my nose before it stops. I’m tempted to cut eye holes out above the band so I can see out it. As for wearing it normal and under a welding helmet or face shield, you end up with the excess material bunched up under the straps which makes it a bit uncomfortable to me.

This is a sturdy well made welding cap. I tried it on and it is very small...I have a medium sized head for a guy, so I had my wife try it on...she has a small to medium small head. It is in her words "headache tight". So, I leave it to the prospective buyer...it is a nice cap but unless your head is very small it won't fit...It says size 7 but my wife's hat size is 6-1/2 and there is no way. If you can get it in a bigger size go for it.

My daughter is going to school for welding and this is perfect for her. It's a good size and sits well on her head. It even covers her low ponytail. It's thick and very durable fabric. It offers good protection for her head/neck without being too bulky under the mask.

I got this today, was excited, as it looked very well made, nice and thick to block sparks and just overall good quality.I had a thinner cap that was OK, but this is much better quality and will protect much more.
