My original intent was to wear these with just socks and they work perfectly for such. The kit offers 2 arch support size options. I tried the higher ones first and had to take them off a couple hours later. They were intense for me! I've since been using the lower height pads and those fit perfectly. Definitely a nice option for around the house with just your socks or in house slippers. Recommend!

I love this arch support. I have fallen arches and need arch support everyday. In winter I wear a sneaker with good arch support. I keep that shoe for indoor use only. But in summer, I don't want to use a shoe all day and like to use slippers. It is hard to get arch support to stay on slippers. This works great for me. I can put the support on my feet. This comes with three sizes of arch that you can interchange. Only problem I have is that the three are not marked. There is only one of each size. Luckily my arch are different size and I am able to use both. It also comes with a heel strap to hold it in place. It is a good product worth getting.

I started experiencing symptoms of plantar fasciitis. Give it a try and see if it helps. I feel so much more relaxed when I walk with it on. I'll see if long-term wear can improve the discomfort.

We don't wear shoes in the house so when my foot decides to be a pain, I usually will suffer with it vs wearing my shoes around the house. These braces help though! I only need to use one on the left foot, and it is a comfortable arch support that isn't cutting off circulation around the rest of my foot and ankle just to relieve the arch issue - it can be wrapped very tightly around the foot without crushing any veins, arteries, or nerves. I am a ladies shoe size 9 and the smaller arch support works fine for me.For reference, I don't know if my issue is specifically planar fascitis or an arthritic issue, because the pain is not only in the arch but will also hurt in the center of the top of my foot as well when it flares up. Either way, it holds my foot in such a way that it doesn't feel like it's breaking every time I step "the wrong way" and so I am not re-hurting it every time I take a step, meaning that instead of my foot being angry for a full week, it clears up in a couple of days instead. Very happy I tried this little brace out!

I have pretty high arches and have learned from experience that my feet are happier when my shoes include arch support. Sadly, shoes no longer come with much support anymore. So, I usually end up buying inserts.I really like the idea of these shoeless arch supports. The fact that they come with 2 different support heights is nice. They're easy to put on, but I do have to fasten them fairly tight to keep them from turning on my feet. This could be because I have to wear them over socks (I have skin issues, so cannot use them on bare feet). The ankle straps keep them from sliding forward.I tried them out shoeless, and in 2 different pairs of shoes. I had no trouble sliding my foot into my shoes (those without extra insoles), and walked around with no issues. Overall, even though I have to wear them somewhat tight, they are pretty comfortable. I think the support pads themselves may take some getting used to.

These are not bad arch supports they do job that is needed. puts compression on your arch.

Wife tried but did not seem to provide any relief.she adjusted many ways and said did not help but she only tried for 2 weeks. Will see long term update brings

The arch support brace very good for my plantar fasciitis help reduce the pain on my heel. I'm on my feet all day 8 hours day I like arch support straps you and adjust the pads very soft, I would recommend.
