The SMALL size works in my 5.5/6 womens shoes.I need pretty serious support in my shoes, but these allow me to wear moderately supportive shoes occasionally for special occasions. The arch support is intense, so if you don't actually have high arches I'm not sure this would work for you.I had to cut a slice off the edge so it wouldn't show in my sandals, but it works. They are easy to apply and are very adhesive. I'm not going to try to remove mine, as I'm afraid it might damage the shoes, but you don't want them coming loose while you're walking around, so it seems necessary.

I like that they are clear, so they don’t add a cluttered look to my shoes. They look well made with smooth edges. They come in 3 little zip bags, 1 pair per bag. It was convenient to toss 1 bag into my suitcase for a recent trip.I have been having pain in my feet, but don’t know the cause. I’ve found arch supports help tremendously. I don’t know what size is best for me, but I received the large, & they feel great. I wear women’s size 9 & have wide feet. When my feet are swollen, I wonder if the medium would be better, but large are still fine. These are made to stick to your shoe after you peel off the protective plastic, but so far I prefer to leave the protective covering on so they can be moved from shoe to shoe & the shoes can be washed (as well as the inserts).I’m finding that I now want arch supports in all my shoes, but can’t fit nice insoles in any that didn’t come with removable inserts, so these arch supports are being used in those shoes & have allowed me to go back to wearing shoes that I had stopped wearing.I need to quickly slip my feet out of my shoes several times a day either to step on surfaces on which I do not want shoes (a grounding mat on top of an anti-fatigue mat or a workout mat) or to change between shoes for outdoors & shoes for indoors.I love that these stick to my clean feet & stay in place, so I can make quick shoe changes or stand barefoot on my anti-fatigue mat just as quickly as I did without the arch supports. My foot moves from the shoe to the mat & back to the shoe without having to touch the arch support at all. It just stays firmly on my foot, just like those vinyl shades stick to car side windows to block the sun.On the workout mat, I want to be barefooted, so I remove the shoe (Croc Classic Clog), then the arch support & place the support back in the shoe. After the workout, I only occasionally need to readjust the placement of this support in my shoe. It is so quickly done that I definitely think it is worth it not to peel off the protective coating & “permanently” stick the support to my shoe.I don’t baby these, moving them quickly when needed, & they don’t feel as if they will break down in any way. I’ve only been wearing them a few weeks, but for many hours on the days I wear them, & I’m on my feet most of the day (14 hours or more.)I expect I’ll also wear these in other shoes in which arch support, cushioning insoles won’t fit. Because of these, I look forward to getting to wear shoes that were hurting my feet, but couldn’t accomodate insoles.I’m thrilled that I found these particular arch supports.

I've got flat feet, and as I've gotten older, I've developed recurring problems with plantar fasciitis, which has been painful, and a drag on my ability to be as active as I'd like.I decided to invest in some arch support to try to help, and ordered Bukihome's Arch Support Inserts for Plantar Fasciitis. They are made from a soft (but substantial) cushioning gel, with adhesive on the bottom to hold them in place. Three pairs were included in one box.I'll say that right off the bat, I felt a positive difference, with gentle pliable support without the discomfort often related to similar items made with ungiving harder materials. These inserts both support the arch, but give enough that each step feels natural, not like you're walking with a boulder in your shoe.I will advise that it is important to work up to extended periods with these supports, just to give your foot's anatomy time to get used to the new situation. Maybe start with 10-20 minutes, and increase wear time from there as tolerated. Once you're used to these, they are helpful.I wish these supports came with a textured bottom to hold them in place without having to stick them in. I have a ton of shoes, and just can't purchase some for every pair. The ability to switch them out into different shoes would be a major upgrade.I will also mention how pleasantly surprised I was that these don't crowd your foot in the shoe! I put them into tighter canvas low-top sneakers, and didn't notice any problem with crowding. I feel you could even wear these with ballet flats without issue, which is nice!My quest to relieve plantar fasciitis pain is a work in progress, but I feel that this product was a step in the right direction.
