This style of regulator is the best you'll get at the price point. The brass and black colored regulators with the same price point have never been acceptable to me. Spare yourself the pain I dealt with and buy this one. I use for a chlenk-line organic chemistry glassware setup, and I love it. Get some ptfe tape (costs less than $1) and use on threads for best results

The regulator was obviously a return. It was loose in the box with holes in it and the internal packing missing. The top knocked off the flow gauge. I got it put together but have not tested it. It should have been listed as used. I will try it out but don't have much hope.
