DO NOT BUY THIS water dispenser/icemaker !!It makes the water taste like plastic and undrinkable, and in turn makes the ice the same way ?!? I tried to contact the seller & It's impossible to get through to them probably by design. I'm gonna have to throw this unit in the trash and buy one from another company ... Again, Do NOT buy this unit. It's terrible. Only put one star because it wouldn't let me submit without it. Otherwise, I would've put none.

This is a perfect ice-making water dispenser that solves all the problems in my home. It would be perfect if I could just put bottled mineral water in it.

This water dispenser is very good, not only has the function of hot and cold and the function of making ice cubes, it is very convenient.it's easy to set up and use.Table top very compact good for apartment I can set up water delivery so I do not need to carry case of bottled water home.My family like to drink tea, coffee, and cold drink every day. This meets what we need. This is a great machine for my family.My family and I think it's great.

So recently moved in to my new place that has smaller kitchen so can’t upgrade to a bigger fridge with water dispenser and ice maker. 9 yo is upset. So what does mommy do? Buy an ice maker with water dispenser! I am glad I found this! Works well. Ppl said the water tasted bad. I am using filtered water and it tastes just fine. First batch of ice made less in 10 mins. I am happy!

This water dispenser is very practical. It saves the need for a kettle to boil water separately, and it also has just enough ice cubes. The noise is negligible, which is just right for my home use. It is perfect.

I liked the product. The only thing was it was loud when making ice. Then it started making a horrible noise when it would make ice. After only 3weeks. Customer service was really great. That is why I gave it a 3 star. Helpful but I finally returned it.
