This outdoor camera could support 2.4G and 5G. Video smoothly. (The user manual may incorrectly state that only 2.4G is supported; please disregard that information)

I did one upgrade in the app and its problems afterwards. Abnormal video loading. I did everything the technician said via the app. No message for a fee days then the pop up message. It’s frustrating to be getting this message on and off

Okay, let me start by saying I'm a total tech novice - I can barely work my smartphone! But, I'm also a single woman who likes to feel safe and secure in my own home. So, when I got this dual lens security camera, I was a bit worried I'd be stuck on the phone with tech support for hours. BUT, I was pleasantly surprised! Installation was a breeze (I didn't even need to call my tech-savvy brother!), and getting it up and running was a piece of cake.I'm absolutely loving this camera! The app is so easy to use, even I can do it! And the features? Wow! PTZ, 2-way audio, auto tracking, night vision... it's like having my own personal security team! Plus, I was thrilled to discover I could store all my footage locally on a 128GB memory card (which I just happened to have lying around the house - score!). No cloud storage for me, thank you very much! Overall, I'm so impressed with this camera, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free security solution

I'm not exactly the most tech-savvy guy, but installing this security camera was a breeze! I mean, I didn't even need to call my nerdy cousin for help (love you, cuz!).
