This vibration plate is amazing. You feel really good after using it. You can do squats on it or use the bands that come with it or add weights for some arm exercises. Highly recommend this! It's great for circulation.

I bought mine January 25th and it no longer worked after 2 months. Remote never could connect to the plate. Super disappointed

The remote doesn’t connect so I have to turn it on from the machine. It works that is the only downfall.
