Vibration Plate Exercise Machine is an awesome efficient way to work out at home without going to gym. I love that it comes easy to put together very user friendly and compact The vibration levels can be adjusted with the remote that it comes with so u can adjust the speed. It comes with all the extra attachment you can work out ur arms chest back and shoulder to name a few with good resistance bands.

This Vibration Plate Exercise Machine is awesome! It’s easy to put together and doesn’t take up a lot of space. It makes it super easy to work out from the comfort of my own home, especially when I’m not feeling like going to the gym. The vibration levels can be adjusted with the remote that comes with it. It also comes with extra attachments you can use to work out your arms, chest, back and shoulder areas. Highly recommend this.

Love this machine! Has great vibration, Bluetooth speakers play loudly over the vibration. It's very quiet, easy to use and really feels good when you are done. I’m using it 3 times a day for 5 minutes each session. I can't wait to use it more and more.

This is perfect to use after dinner or any meal to help your body digest the food if you do not want to go for a walk. Setup was extremely easy, just plug n play. It does come with built in Bluetooth speakers though they are not the best.

This enormous vibration plate makes me tremble all over. It's sufficiently wide for comfortable standing. For people who dislike doing exercises, it is beneficial. It has the ability to awaken muscles. When I ask my friends to test it, they buy it right away. Very pleased with this device.
