I have wanted a bread machine for a long time! But I was nervous about investing in one and find out I don't like it... Well, this machine is all that I wanted it to be. It is sooo easy to use. I've had it for almost a month now and have been making one to two 1-lb loaves a week. What I need to do is to just follow the recipe and throw everything in before bed and I can enjoy prefect bread the next morning!!!
