This electric mixer is a real labor saver, the dough is kneaded very evenly and the kneading time can be precisely controlled, the bread and pizza crusts are done exceptionally well! I especially like its fermentation function, the dough is fluffy and elastic every time I make it. Simple design, easy to operate, highly recommended for people who like to do baking!
