These vanes work great on the carbon bolts we all shoot in our high performance crossbows. They seemed a bit short or low profile maybe at first but after firing those bolts several shots at the self healing bag, we're pretty impressed with their durability. Several shots passed clear thru the target and was found within a few yards, all three vanes still attached and really straight, considering they had passed all the way thru that target that is well over a foot thick of woven and mesh nylon at well over 400fps. I'm satisfied with mine!

These would be good if you need bulk vanes to make a large amount of fletcher arrows on a budget, or if you were teaching others how to fletch arrows and don't want to waste good vanes.They mostly stabilize your arrow although there are some quality control issues with the quality of each individual fletching. Some fletchings are cut to slightly different sizes and the vane is a little flimsy so it won't slice through the air as well as an arrow with more standard/popular vanes.In terms of shooting results, I'm able to group my arrows in about a 3-4 in radius around the center of the target at 50 meters using a barebow recurve setup.

I REPLACED FLITES ON THREE ARROWS. BEEN NICE IF THEY SUPPLIED A JIG-TEMLET OR SOMETHING TO LINE THEM UP.

I'm just getting into repairing vanes on my arrows...bought fletching jig, glue. Much better to repair than to buy expensive replacements. I ordered these vanes as they seemed to be a great value...number of vanes, color choices, and price. They arrived careful packaged in two envelopes, without any damaged/bent vanes. They appear to be the same quality as the previous vanes and I am looking forward to using them to replace damaged vanes on arrows.
