Very heavy and restrictive on the motor. Does quiet the mini down significantly but won't stay tight on the pipe because there's no taper to the threads.

I highly recommend you read the NPT chart they have on the description. I was one size off from the original pipe I had on my cart. ARSPORT politely pointed out my lack of understanding of the NPT sizing. I ordered the ARSPORT larger, less restrictive, pipe which I feels has given me a little more HP. There are cheaper parts made in China out there that will fall apart after a year or two. This made in America exhaust is high quality and worth the extra expense.

The previous muffler's plating burned off in less than an hour. The outer shell of this one is stainless steel & has lasted several hours already AND is much quieter than the old one. 5 Stars!

A short straight pipe on my modified 196cc engine was abusively loud. My left ear was within range of the pipe and would ache after a quick spin on my mini bike. I had to get a muffler and so far this one is great. It's much louder than a stock muffler but perfectly reduces the ear damaging decibel of a straight pipe. Build quality is awesome.
