This gun stopped doing its main function of - glue coming out of the tip-, within the first 30 days of use. And I do not see a option to have it replaced or exchanged. I was super excited ahout this glue gun and it worked AMAZINGLY to begin with.

I loaded the glue gun with the stick and let it warm up, but only got a couple of drops out with the trigger. I had to push the glue stick from the back end with my finger to allow some glue to come out. I want to return this, but my return window closed. I didn’t open it until today, even though I purchased it in March. If the company is seeing this, I would like to guidance. Thank you.

I am not a fan of glue guns but admit they are sometimes useful for crafts and fixing things. Got this to do a kid craft (with adult supervision!!!) and it did the job with no more or less frustration than any other glue gun I’ve used. It took awhile to warm up, but then worked fine, did not jam, and did not drip excessively.I did like that it came in a kit with glue gun sticks and is small to stash away. 4-stars because I can’t imagine giving a glue gun 5.

I am not a big crafter and have been without a glue gun for quite awhile. This was super reasonable in priceand works well for my needs. Very happy with this purchase.

This glue gun is easy to hold even for small hands and I love the burn protective strip on the tip that keeps you from burning your fingers like other glue guns do. The value is very good, comes with a good supply of sticks too.
