Yes, these are very cheaply made and would be worth the price more if there were 2 sets instead of one, but they do provide the extra little lift to my shoulders that I was looking for. I don't sew so I super glued the bottom velcro on to the pad and it's been working fine so far.

Not the best, but it works. Better to sew it on rather than use the velcro fasteners. Just gives a slight lift, not significant but does add structure when worn
