This thing is great. In fact, I've been using it to make videos for my reviews primarily. It's nice to be able to work hands free with it. I haven't tried doing a video call or voice call with it, but I think it would come in handy moving around the house with my hands free while having a conversation.All the materials are nice. I'm able to slip it over my head. It comes with a strap to help secure it to your body that goes around your chest / torso, but I didn't bother with it. But I think it would come in handy if you were doing something with a good amount of movement. The neck band is of a stiff but formal metal material wrapped in silicone. It's quite hefty and feels durable, kind of like a bike lock cable.The arm has 3 adjustment points and I found that very helpful. You can adjust the phone to just about any angle you need.I was in the market for something like this and found it on Amazon Vine and I'm very happy with it. I think you can take this at face value. If it looks like it will suit your needs, I'm confident you won't be disappointed.

This Artman Magnetic Neck Mount for Phones, Hands-Free Phone Holder for Recording functions as advertised.I don't have a magnetic phone, so the product description says, "If your phone is non-magnetic (like Android brand phones), please use it after wearing a case and installing the magnetic ring."What I didn't reconcile before ordering it was that my case has a stand built into it, which is exactly where the magnet would need to be attached, so I can affix the magnet on my case.It's a wash for me.

This is not my first use of this type of device as a POV hands free mount for action cameras and phones. This is, however the best I have tried for its type with several improvements over my last one. As a Youtuber, this is now going to be part of my every-day carry backpack because its perfect and almost frictionless to use.1. The magsafe arm is just the right combination of friction to hold my phablet sized phones.2. The magsafe arm holds my iPhone 16 Pro Max and Samsung S24 Ultra just fine while walking.3. The quick release is much easier to operate with a push button and secure latch.4. flexibility of stiffness of the neck mount is fine tuned to be more flexible but yet enough to contour.5. They include a strap that can secure it more closely to your chest.Some 'potential' negatives:1. The added strap option is nice, but makes it much more cumbersome to use. You have to strap it around your chest, and use a velcro piece. Without this though, its best to use it while standing still or walking carefully like you would trying to steady a camera. Or...turn on active stabilization.2. If you do not have a magsafe case, you have to put on a magnetic adapter to make it magsafe like and its just a stick on metal piece. You're on your own as far as alignment.Added a picture of me using it on the last day of CES 2025. I will be using it for POV how-tos and quick tutorials.

Fantastic device for holding a phone while shooting videos hands-free! Whomever thought this device up is a genius, as it's so practical and functional. It can be adjusted to fit you specifically, all the while holding your phone steady in place while you record or take pics hands-free. It's very easy to put on and very easy to adjust the around-the-neck holder-bar. It sits comfortably and is very easy take on/off. It comes with magnetic rings to apply to your phone, so no worries if you don't have a phone case without one. The magnetic piece that holds your phone is strong! There is 0 worries of your phone dropping. You can adjust the phone position easily and lock it into place with a quick twist of a knob. Seriously, anyone who shoots videos will absolutely love this product and think like I do.....where has this been hiding? The price is great for all you get and I highly, highly recommend this to anyone needing to use their phones hands-free. It's a game changer!
