Update: I had previously reviewed this product poorly because it had lost suction within a month or so of owning it. But I did contact the company and they were very responsive. I let them know the problem -they try to troubleshoot with me but when that did not work they sent me brand new product with no questions asked. Great customer service. The new vacuum is performing beautifully.

This is my first time using a canister vacuum and I'm really happy that I made the switch. I used to get so annoyed when using the hose attachments on my upright because it would constantly tip over. I have dogs that shed, and this vacuum does a good job picking up fur from my hard floors and the pet attachment works well on my couches. As other reviews have mentioned, the attachments don't lock on and so they fall off fairly easily. If the attachments stayed on better I would have given it 5 stars.

I can not properly express my disappointment in this vacuum. First, other than the point where the hose connects to the vacuum, all the other connections are friction fit. Nothing snaps together. It won't take long for the plastics to begin to stretch and the attachments to not seat properly. The "Rug/Floor attachment was the quality I'd expect to find at in a dollar store toy car. It couldn't move across the rug without scraping and grabbing the rug. The rear wheels of the attachment, which are there to support the weight of the wand and hose seem to be more a decoration rather than actually functional. Again cheap toy plastic. The suction was fine, but having the cheap plastic edges always catching the rug rather than smoothly gliding across the foor, makes this vacuum worthless. They did supply extra filters. Spend the extra money and get something that will last. I bought a Eureka to replace this junk. Lessons learned.

As a pet owner, I used to experience the challenges of using both cordless vacuums and vacuum robots. They had lower suction power when dealing with pet hair on carpets and cat litter on the floor. Now, I have a powerful corded vacuum that effectively addresses my home cleaning needs. Although the corded vacuum is less versatile, I no longer need to empty the dust bag frequently as I did before. It comes with five multifunctional attachments that help me clean every corner of the house.Sometimes, a quick, light click on the power switch cannot turn the vacuum on. You should press the power switch for around 1-2 seconds. It is so easy to adjust the suction power with this vacuum. However, I want to emphasize that maximum suction isn't always the best solution, as it can sometimes make the vacuum difficult to maneuver smoothly. As a new user, it takes time to determine the optimal suction power for the bedroom carpets. But, it is worth the time to make it your customized cleaning partner!

I vac EVERY DAY - no less than twice and often 3 or more times. No, not OCD. I own a parrot sanctuary and we're talking food and feather fluffs that if kept up on are easier to live with. I've had a high end Dyson. It could vacuum up a pair of jeans (exaggeration), but would clog 100% of the time on an almond or even half a shell ! Buh Bye!!Kenmore - well I had to purposely BREAK the head release because it just would not let go. Broken it stayed together fine and released MUCH easier. After emptying the bin, putting it back on right could take forever. Hated that. Finally, it's death knell exactly 1 year 8 months after paying nearly as much as a Dyson --- the bin filter "disappeared" - meaning upon emptying it had to have snuck out into the trash. Never noticed and trash day passed. TRY to find replacement parts. Nope.AND it's a heavy, VERY loud machine -- I had no problem letting it goTHIS machine sucks up almonds and even macadamia nuts and shells, VERY lightweight, half the noise and a little (really, 'little') suction powered brush head that kinds works like one of those rakes old Kirby's had for the shag carpet era. It's good for vac'ing furniture or spots treated with cleaners - - I won't be using it much. The regular vac head's suction can be controlled by a dial - and I've used it on just above 'low' for a perfect result on both carpet and wood floors. If this lasts with this amount of energy and performance -- it's my new 'go to'.

First impression on receiving the vacuum is the box is quite small. Everything was packaged neatly inside the box and the cushion is sufficient enough to protect the content. Upon unpacking, you got the canister vacuum, the hose, some attachments, and spare filters. It's great that they include the spare filters since the bagless vacuum will need a replacement of filter after a certain time for sure. There are two spots to fit the filters. The dust container has the HEPA filter while the motor end has the foam filter. The assembled vacuum is quite small and very light. Awesome to drag it around the house or up and down the stair. There are two ways to store the vacuum, either standing up or laying down. The floor attachment has a prong that fits into the canister vacuum body to store them while not in use. Quite neat and helpful to store it inside a small closet. The vacuum has a knob to adjust the power which is unique. At least this is the first vacuum that incorporates such a feature. If you need lots of pickup power then crank it to maximum and suck everything up. Or if you need to do some cleaning at night when everybody is sleeping, you can dial the power down to lower the noise. Awesome!I've been testing the vacuum out for a couple of weeks and here is my thought of it. It has great pickup power. The floor attachment is quite good but this is only floor hard floor. If you have carpet, forget about using this vacuum since it will not glide across the carpet. It's pretty light so very easy to vacuum the stair. The only gripe is the hose only attaches to tools using friction fit only so it comes off quite so many times. If it has a latch that can lock them together like Dyson's, it will be almost perfect.
