We received 6 snails in our 5-pack order and 3 immediately buried themselves so we could barely see their shells. That was scary but Google said it was a normal reaction to stress. Three weeks in and all 6 seem happy and healthy and loving their new home. Thanks for a great transaction.

These beauties arrived today at 3 and at 6 they are all over my 55 heavily planted tank with all my baby angelfish. I was hesitant to order live snails from Amazon but this seller is the real deal. I’m over the moon! Thank you so much!! I will cherish them

My snails arrived quickly and they all survived the trip! I was so excited to receive blue and yellow snails! I was hoping for those colors but knew they selection was random. The two yellow snails are the smallest, but I’m sure they will grow quickly. I have 3 ivory snails from this seller as well and they are almost gold-ball sized now (in just a few months!). They are all doing well and immediately came out of their shells and started moving around. I have split them between 3 betta tanks and they are all right at home and cruising around like they lived there forever. My bettas are used to snails so they don’t bother the new guys at all. Hoping they stay happy and healthy and maybe one day I will have some little snail babies!

Im not sure if they arrived DOA but they never moved. I acclimated them the way the package told me too. I waited two days and decided to smell them and every single one was definitely dead. I received 6, and one was DOA but the rest I wasn't sure about until I waited a couple of days for movement and decided to smell them.But on a good note I received a good variety of colors, just wish they would have lived.
