These gloves have padding in all the right places. I use them for weight lifting and HIIT. They are a little big though so you might want to size down.

Great price on sale, they do what they're supposed to. Bought a CAP barbell and it's grip is really rough. They work and fit perfectly.

I have small hands. My ring finger is a size 4 and my wrist is 5.5 inches. The size small was too big all around. I also didn't care for how thick they are. Even if they fit, the thickness would make them harder for me to use.
