I didn't know what I was missing in my free weight workouts until I got these NiuMid Anti-Slip Workout Grips. All these years of abusing my hands needlessly, why!?! These are so are comfortable, easy to slip on and off and they are durable, I feel like they should last a long time. My only complaint, and the reason for four stars instead of five, is I wish they covered my entire palm. If you are doing any exercise where the weight rests on the heel of your hand you have no protection from this grip. If they ever make a version that covers your palm, I would add to cart so fast. I also have padded gloves that I have been wearing along with using these but the gloves do not protect your hand as well as these grips. Side note, I didn't notice at first, but on the back of the heart handle, there is a "L" for Left and a "R" for the Right so you can easily see what grip is supposed to go in what hand. It works either way, but just thought I would point that out. For $16 (at time of this listing) I would say these are worth buying, save your poor hands!

Pros:They’re pink and cute.Fit my hand perfectly and are comfortable.Easy to grab vs putting on a glove.Protect your hands from calluses.Cons:They are slippery. I’m not sure how some of the reviews I saw said they’re not. They make trying to do a pull up far more difficult than without them.I would only use these for protecting my hands when using dumbbells and only specific workouts. I will have to figure out which workouts these work for. I was super disappointed when I tried using them for pull ups and instantly started slipping. I thought these would assist with my grip rather than just protect my hands and they just don’t.

These grips have been a total game-changer for my workouts, especially when I'm lifting weights or using barbells and dumbbells. The material is premium silicone and feels super lightweight, so I don't have to worry about getting calluses anymore. Plus, the color and case look wicked cool in the gym—I'm totally loving them!

These grips are a fantastic replacement for my old gym gloves. They're stress-free to use and no longer make my hands sweaty. I also appreciate the wider palm protection they provide. They're not slippery at all, and the case looks premium too. Plus, I love the color!
