How to Choose the Right VFD?

Except for the input voltage, there are two additional conditions that need to be met:

1. Ensure that the VFD's rated current is higher than your motor's rated current.

2. Make sure the VFD's rated power exceeds your motor's rated power, ideally by at least one level.

If you're unsure about which VFD matches your motor, simply send a photo of your motor's nameplate, and tell us the input power supply, and your requirements. We'll then recommend the right VFD model for your needs.

This thing's got some pros and cons. The manual? Yeah, not the easiest read. But hang on, performance-wise, it's doing its job well. Had a bit of a hiccup initially, thought it wasn't working. Turned out, my breaker was acting all funky. Sorted that out and voila! So, let's talk—manual needs a makeover, but once you get past that, it's smooth sailing.

This is good for controlling the speed of your heavier electric motors. Navigating the menu options and selections is simple, once you know what you are doing. It comes with a manual that was just okay. What I really liked were all the product videos, that was the most helpful and useful thing they could’ve done. The manual was nice, but I would prefer a QR code that just took me to the videos. Overall, I think this is designed well and is a good value.

my line voltage is 3ph 480 consisting of 277v per wire @ 60hz, this device is rated at 460v and wont function,i researched the volt difference and was informed that it should work on 480v systems this is not the case, it lights up and can change some parameters but when i touch start it e-01 claiming too high of input voltage and wont work,I am very disappointed in product
